Kita A. Evans serves as the Director of Compliance at Seeds of Life LLC, after previously serving as a Supervisor of homebased case workers. She leads a staff of professionals who provide supervision for homebased case workers, while promoting transparency, and enforcing compliance.

Within her position she is responsible for directing the conduct of compliance in response to complaints alleging non-compliance within the agency.  She directs the review of  reports during client/service provider interaction to ensure non-compliance of staff.  Ms. Evans is also responsible for all unanticipated problems, suspensions and terminations of staff.  She has been involved in matters regarding the creation of policy and procedure and regularly facilitates weekly staffing’s under the advisement of the Executive Director.

Prior to being promoted in the DOC position with Seeds of Life LLC. She served as a Supervisor of HB staff, providing supervision support for Case Managers, servicing families in need of service through referral based DCS..

 

Ms. Evans, experience comes in providing HBCW field services at Seeds of life LLC. This experience includes but is was not limited to , assisting clients through DCS referrals with providing families in need of services, mastering goals and objectives created by assessing families in need of services. Ms. Evans has experience in completing monthly reports of service progress for the purpose of DCS compliance. She is well versed in communicating family progress. Ms. Evans has proven her ability and knowledge of assisting families in need of services, as she has assisted in successfully reunifying families during her term of service.
